CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS:

Cancellation Fees (Reduction in rooms and/or passengers):

• 45 days or more before departure: Loss of deposit 

• 44-29 days or more before departure: 50% penalty of total price per person

• 28-0 days before departure: 100% penalty of total price per person 

*No-shows and early departures from the destination are NON-REFUNDABLE. Cancellation insurance is highly recommended.

Name Correction Conditions: (A first or last name correction involving 3 or more characters)

• Before tickets are issued is $50 per change

• After tickets are issued is $100 per change 

Correcting a name includes:

A first or last name correction involving less than three characters

A legal name change

A married name change

A missing name detail such as a middle name 

Name Change by Air Canada Vacations

45 days and more prior departure $50 per change

44 to 29 days prior departure $100 per change

28 days and less prior departure 100% non-refundable / non transferable 

Change of hotel/room category, Change of travel date Conditions:

• Treated as cancellation 

In addition to the applicable change fees, the following conditions also apply to any change:

• If a change is made to room occupancy and results in a higher rate, the remaining travelers are responsible for the rate applicable

for the revised occupancy.

• Change requests must be made through Air Canada Vacations and cannot be made directly with any hotel or resort. Name change

and date change requests may be denied due to hotel- or airline-specific terms and conditions.

Cancellation fees are liquidated damages to compensate Air Canada Vacations for prepayments made on advance booking of travel services, and for administrative costs involved in processing a cancellation. Total price due and/or paid to Air Canada Vacations.

The total flight costs are always 100% non-refundable for packages that include domestic flights, connecting flights, and flights

operated by an air carrier other than Air Canada or Air Canada Rouge.

Aeroplan® points cannot be restituted or refunded at any time. 

Additional Change Conditions: 

Changes are not permitted 28-0 days before and after departure. If any change is absolutely necessary after departure, requests must be directed to the Air Canada Vacations destination representative for assistance. Additional fees will apply. Additional restrictions may apply depending on the hotel selected. 

Refunds will not be issued for bookings cancelled by you or Air Canada Vacations resulting from an act of God or an Event of Force Majeure. 

Destination Wedding Experts reserves the right to apply an additional $75 + HST  fee per person for any changes and a $125 + HST cancellation fee per person. This is in addition to the penalties incurred by the tour operator or airline.
