Booking outside the group can cause problems if something should happen with date/hotel changes (We had this happen a few times in the last two years flights cancelled to destination and a fire at the hotel in the main kitchen. Booking outside the group can also incure extra charges for attending the wedding events.

- Non-refundable deposit of $250.00 per person is due at the time of booking.
